HSS M35 Material
: The HSS M35 drill bit is a cobalt alloyed high performance drill bit. Even with insufficient cooling it has reserve in heat resistance. Due to the alloying addition of 5 % Co in the cutting material these drill bits can be used for working with work pieces with a tensile strength of over 800N/m².

Lowest Cost Per Hole Drilled
: Cobalt bits are more expensive than ordinary HSS drill bits. But if you regularly drill metals, they are a good investment since they tend to last longer. With an extended life, you can lower cost per hole drilled.

Fully Ground Technic
: HSS-G (ground) is cut in their shape with the help of diamond tools and cooled during the process. Use HSS-G for more precise work because they are better centered generally and perfectly symmetrical.
☑️Split Point
: For drills with very strong cores, for particularly tough, hard materials and for deep-hole drills. Split Point features good centring, little pressure required. Chip spreading improves chip removal.
☑️135° Point Angle
: The 135º high performance cutting edge ensures a very high aligned preciseness. The point angle is located on the head of the twist drill. The angle is measured between the two main cutting edges at the top. A point angle is necessary to center the twist drill in the material.The larger the point angle, the shorter the tapping time.
☑️40° Helix Angle
: The 40º helix angle enables a perfect and fast chip removal and provides a high cutting speed along with increased stability and accuracy.
☑️Wide Groove Profile
: Wider groove profile takes a better chip absorption and removal. Poor chip removal means a higher heat development, which in return can lead to annealing and ultimately to breakage of the twist drill.
☑️Titanium Coating
: The titanium coating on the drill bit helps to reduce overheating. It’s the reason that this bit has a lifespan up to six times longer than other comparable drills.
☑️Straight Shank
: Straight shank for standard drill chuck, less "walk" or "wander". The end of shank is chamfered to allow easy and firm holding.

Applications
: Best for <900 N/mm2 and <1100 N/mm2 Steel.  For stainless aluminum, brass, bronze, plastics, cast iron, and other materials.
