3d vintage miller beer bottle working wall man-cave bar light

HARD TO FIND miller bottle shape light that is around 30"tall and 7" wide that u hang on the wall. i plugged it in and it works but 1 bulb is burnt out!! i also noticed some wear on the top bottle cap as seen in the 2nd pic & few of the clips that hold the light together seem to be missing but it stays together with no issues.
