Self-Calibrating for Your Location
Our weather stations use a unique algorithm to analyze changes in pressure over time (called Learning Mode) to determine your altitude. After 14 days, the self-calibrated pressure is tuned in to your location, and the unit is ready for superior weather prediction.
Wi-Fi Connection to Weather Underground
Once connected, data from your 5-in-1 sensor will automatically begin to upload to Weather Underground. Monitor sensor data remotely at www.wunderground.com or from a mobile device using the Weather Underground app, available from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
Wind Speed and Direction
This display shows a 16-point wind rose to indicate a direction, updated every 30 seconds. Speed is updated every 18 seconds. Toggle the metric on the display to see:
Now — current wind speed.
Avg — the average of all speeds over the past 2 minutes.
Peak — the highest speed from the last 60 minutes.
Rainfall Tracking
AcuRite professional weather stations feature enhanced tracking of historical rainfall data. Rain accumulation data is recorded for today, over all-time, by year, by month, and by rainfall event.
Wirelessly connect to the largest personal weather station network in the world!
This weather station features wireless internet connectivity in order to connect and send your data to Weather Underground.
