Attention:
1: Oxygen sensor installation: at the front end of the three-way catalytic converter 100-300mm, drill a 21-22mm hole, weld the bung into the hole, and screw the oxygen sensor into the threaded bung . The installation angle of the sensor is at least 10° from the horizontal. The electrical connection is upward (see the schematic diagram above).
2: The controller box can only be connected to 12V power supply, and the current is large (2A at most). Therefore, a 10A fuse is suggested to connect the control box and the positive pole of the power supply through series connection.
(If the voltage of your vehicle is 24V, please transform the voltage from 24V to 12V with a transformer)
3: The digital gauge: it can be connected with gauge wire.
(The controller box can supply power to the gauge.)
The pointer gauge: In addition to the gauge wire, the pointer gauge also needs to be connected to the gauge power wire. 4P (12+,ground, battery+, headlight wire)
4: USB wire is unnecessary in normal operation. In order t:Air/Fueratio, ratio want Computer software can be used to show all the data (oxygen sensor temperature, air-fuel ratio, λ value, and oxygen concentration) measured by the oxygen sensor, or to keep a record of such data.
