    This part is manufactured by Andis. This Hinge is used on many models of Andis hair clippers. This part holds the cutting blades into place while cutting hair. If the blade feels loose or won’t stay in place, then the Hinge needs to be replaced. To replace this part two Blade Hinge Screws (part number 27864)and Blade Lock (part number (64537, not included) will need to be removed and installed on new hinge. A Philips screwdriver is all that is needed for the replacement of this part.
