Exceptional Antique Greek Roman Poseidon Image Gold Harem Like Headpiece or Face Veil Woven Hair Jewelry. Headpiece is authentic and as found measuring 10.5" long x 5 1/4" wide at widest area. Central forehead motif depicts Poseidon raising his trident to a Goddess holding up a baby while riding on a horse along the ocean waves. The metal appears to be a gold alloy?  braiding appears to be done with intricate gold tone or gold alloy appearance wire. I am not a jewelry expert and information is appreciated. Museum Quality.
