Beatles Cartoon Style Large Hand Painted and Framed Art Cel

LIMITED EDITION BEATLES CARTOON STYLE FRAMED ART CEL
A 15 X 22" black lacquered, wood frame with double matted 10 x 16 inch colorful art cel.  This was painted from the back as art cels are then placed on a printed background. I purchased this over 20 years ago at a Chicago Beatles Fest. It is signed and numbered 2/50, but I do not remember the artists name. There is some chipping off of some of the black lacquer, but not where it shows or will detract from it.
