I bought this from a friend of the author a few years ago. It came with the tear on the spine as pictured. I'm sure that could be made to look better but I didn't attempt.
Inside it's flawless. Mint condition. Looks like it's been flicked through only a few times.
In better condition this book sells for a small fortune so take your chance to buy at a more reasonable price. I have no idea what it's worth given the damage so I'll start low.
