BLED112 Wireless Bluetooth Dongle LEGO WeDo Silicon Labs BlueGiga Module

Cleaning out my drawer.
Not really sure what this is -  someone on amazon said it's for developers?  Not sure how / when I wound up with it.
I downloaded the BlueGiga BLE Graphical User Interface Tool, connected to the device and used the Commands -> Get info item in the menu. I got this in the log:
