Set of 6 Carlisle Food Service Products 14" x 10" (actual 13⅞" x 9¾")  melamine platters/trays in brand new, never used condition. Acquired at a restaurant auction, and these were still in the case. Ideal for parties, cookouts and family gatherings where steaks, chops, chicken, brats, hotdogs or hamburgers are on the menu. Also great for everyday home use for quick service and easy cleanup.
Refrigerator and dishwasher safe, and while these
can
be used can be used in the freezer or microwave, it is not recommended, as melamine can become brittle or begin to break down when exposed to prolonged temperatures below 0° Fahrenheit or above 160° Fahrenheit.
