Operating procedures:
1. Plug in the power supply by hand, start the power switch, and the power indicator light indicates

Precautions:

5. If it is hot-tear heat transfer paper, the heat transfer paper must be torn off immediately after the hot stamping is completed.
Successful hot stamping requires the correct time, temperature and pressure to cooperate with each other. The thickness and material of the clothing and the type of heat transfer paper all affect the effect of hot stamping. All kinds of heat transfer paper need to be tested and confirmed before mass production.
Maintenance items:
1. Pressure: If the pressure is not enough or too large, please loosen the pressure adjusting screw first, then turn the pressure adjusting nut to adjust the pressure, and tighten the locking pressure adjusting screw after adjustment;
2. Temperature: When the device reaches the set temperature, the heating plate does not heat up, please check the thermostat wiring and confirm whether the thermocouple is damaged (the thermostat will reach 180°C in about 5 minutes when the temperature controller is 0°C);
3. Time: When the set time is reached, there is no alarm (the buzzer does not sound) or the alarm is constant (the buzzer does not stop), please check whether the contact point of the micro switch in the tail box is at a proper distance, and if there is any guide, please adjust it appropriately position
