Flatiron (Fuller) Souvenir Bld, Original Cast Iron Still Bank (Smallest Version)

Description

At auction is a very hard to find, antique
Flat Iron Building Bank
from early in the last century.
This still bank was manufactured by the Kenton Toy Company from 1912-1926.
It is completely original and in good to very good
used
condition with surface wear consistent with age and usage.
Kenton made this bank in 4 sizes, this is the
smallest
of all the antique versions cast, measuring 3 1/4" in height x 2" in width.
The bank has not been repainted and retains its original connecting rod and nut and is without any damage that I am aware of.
There are lots of different versions of this iconic building, cast in a variety of materials, but to my knowledge this cast-iron original, the
smallest
of those cast in the early 20th century, is among the rarest and most sought after.
