This license allows you to add ARC4 Enhanced Encryption in DMR mode.
It will NOT add ARC4 in P25 mode! It's just impossible in case of Kenwood (they don't support ARC4/RC4 in APCO mode).
This encryption mode is fully tested for interoperability with Motorola MotoTRBO, TAIT and Hytera radios in DMR 40-bit RC4 mode, and it's fully compatible with
Kenwood NX-5000 radios!
