This is a listing for a 7 3/4" x 5 1/2" Advertising Fold out Brochure for KNOX GELATINE.  This Fold out brochure from 1934 has colored illustrations.  "The New Way to Make Pies & Candies - 18 Easy Recipes."   I have provided some example pictures of some of the pages.
The lady that collected this did so in the1920's, 1930's and 1940's. It is fun to see some of the old-time recipes that are still classics today.
