    This auction is for an original KRLA Los Angeles radio Top 40 music survey dated May 3, (1971). On the cover is Tom Murphy.
    The list is led by I Love You for All Seasons by Fuzz. Three Dog Night, The Doors, The Rollings Stones and Carole King also had hits on the list. Carole King led the album chart with Tapestry.
    On the back is a promotion for KRLA's public service program Communications Gap that shows upcoming topics. There are no creases, writing, stains, or tears on the survey.
