We've had requests from our customers for a grip set for the Llama Max-1 pistol, and we've produced a beautiful grip style for this 1911-style .45acp pistol.  These are brand-new French Walnut grips for the Llama semi-automatic Max-1 pistol ONLY - these do not fit any others like the IXa (IX-A) and IXb (IX-B) pistols - please see our other listings for grips for the IX-series.  These ONLY fit the Max-1 model .45acp pistol.
Check your gun's model number, as these ONLY fit the Max-1 1911 pistol; these will NOT fit the XV, IIIA, XA, IX-C, or any other makes or models.
These are stunning grips made of fine French walnut, with CNC machining ensuring a consistent grip, with a precise fit and fine details.
This version of the grips is smooth and has the Llama logo laser-engraved in the center of each side's grip panel.  We have a checkered version with the logo if you prefer that, in our other listings; please see them for more information as well as other Llama grips.
The photos show a representative set of grips, and since they are made of natural French walnut the shade and grain of each set will differ, even under the same lighting conditions.  Those you receive will be similar to the grips shown in the photos; the photos shown here were taken in normal room light.  The uniqueness of fine French walnut wood grain means that no two grip sets will be identical.  The photos were taken with a camera flash added, which helps bring out the detail of the engraving but artificially makes the wood look redder than it is; the first three photos provide a more accurate idea of the color.
The grips do not include any grip screws, but can use the original Llama screws you have in your gun.

These grips are produced in the USA by craftsmen using modern equipment to allow these to be sold at a price that is affordable.  They are beautifully polished, and the pictures do not do them justice.  If you're looking for other grips, see my other listings as we have a lot of different types of grips.
These are for either left- or right-handed shooters, as there is no thumb rest on either side's grip panel.
This is a great way to improve the appearance and handling of your gun while adding the look of fine wood to your Llama.  They complement blued or nickel/stainless guns equally well.
These grips are ONLY for the Llama models stated in the first paragraph, and do not fit other models, including the small-frame models (see our other listings for small-frame grips).  Ask questions before you purchase if you are not sure which grips might be needed for your gun, and we will be happy to help you.  These grips are not returnable, so be sure you know the gun you have.
