Lock Delete Kits and Universal Moonclip Tools ARE NOT I.T.A.R. REGULATED THUS ORIGINAL PRECISION TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR EXPORT.
Exchanges are no problem with verifiable purchase from Original Precision due to a knock off site that has been previously brought to our attention that may still be making and selling black market Original Precision parts. Thus all purchases are final for that reason. I cant potentially restock then ship knockoff parts, it just aint right...
Exchanges need a Return Authorization number before shipping back to shop.  Message on Ebay to obtain RA.  Please ensure you use a box to ship in, parts damaged in mail/padded envelopes cannot be accepted and must be returned to sender in their damaged state.  Exchanges must be received at P.O. Box 1755 Queen Creek AZ 85142 within 10 days of the date tracking number shows delivered for U.S. orders, International Orders time frames may vary yet must be remailed within 5 days of you receiving your order.   Exchanges you pay shipping both ways, include return shipping label inside of box.
Shipping is done only via the U.S. Post Office Small Flat Rate Boxes.  This is done for your security and to ensure you receive Genuine Original Precision Parts.  Each Box/label/Customs Form will have some or all of it handwritten by J.D. himself.  This is done to ensure you can verify that you receive Genuine Original Precision products from us, the Manufacturer. Should you receive a box that does not have our handwriting on it report it to the U.S. Postal Service as Mail Fraud.  This also applies to common carriers, we do not use common carriers at all.  If your order requires a box larger than the USPS Small Flat Rate Box, Original Precision will pay the additional shipping on the order, you are only charged for the Small Box at normal USPS Counter costs as this is what we pay to ship your order whether its a U.S. order or anywhere else World Wide.
Due to multiple fraudulent non delivery claims in the past of parts not being received at the final destination.  Once package is shown in USPS control via USPS Tracking number Original Precision is not responsible for its arrival at final destination.  Ensure the final destination address is secure enough your package wont grow legs and walk away.  If need be let us know and we can add the cost prior to shipping your order for a Signature Requirement or hold at Post Office for pickup.  If Insurance Claim need be made Original Precision will gladly file the claim with USPS for you up to U.S.D. on standard boxes, or Full Insured Amount on additional insurance boxes, and up to 0 U.S.D. for International Shipments( international boxes I list full order value to include shipping up to the 200 limit on the customs form), should you request additional insurance on your shipment.  If the box shows delivered via Tracking Number USPS will not allow claim to be made.
In placing an order or funding an Original Precision Invoice you state via electronic signature that it is ok to ship the item(s) to the location/address listed on the Invoice or in the Invoice Comments box.  Original Precision accepts no responsibility for U.S. or Foreign law infractions due to shipment of orders.  Lock Delete Kits and Universal Moonclip Tools ARE NOT I.T.A.R.
