Although this is technically a new item, it is old stock. Cellophane wrap surrounding tubes is torn in places but the set is unused and all tubes are sealed.
Noting the apparent age of this set, I checked all the tubes by squeezing them to see if any had dried out prematurely.
**The following 6 tubes feel very firm and probably are mostly or completely dried out:
23 Yellow Mid, 21 Lemon Yellow,
62 Green Pale, 66 Sap Green,
81 Burnt Sienna, 84 Burnt Umber.
These may be salvageable but I am not an expert on the subject so I will assume they are not. The set is priced accordingly.
