HONESTLY if you want to be a painter, you really only need two types of brushes in a few different sizes. Filberts and Rounds. Let’s stick with the basics: filberts which are made out of Pure Hog Bristle and Weasel Hair rounds. And one more thing - Nylon #2 rigger to sign your paintings with.
PERFECT CONTROL: Our natural hog bristle brushes is recommended for oil and acrylic painting. They are naturally stiff and each bristle is split into two or three at the tip and these are called flags allowing the brush to hold on to more paint and apply it evenly.
EXCELLENT FOR DETAILS: this paintbrush set has a Rigger brush (#2) which s extremely useful for painting fine details and lines, delicate areas, spotting and retouching
Packaging has some damage. Each brush is sealed.
