Meister Brau clock VG+ condition, but Needs some TLC

Description

The sign is in VG+ condition. The wooden top is loose, but shouldn't be an issue re-connecting. The plastic dome on the clock side is fine, if cloudy from age, while the other side is the same, but has a "burn" spot in it. It looks as though the beer mug shown on the "B" side might revolve. Plug and wire look fine, but nothing happened when we plugged it in. With some knowledge and TLC, we're confident it will be a great centerpiece.
