Condition: This has been tested for transmit and receive and that all buttons are functional, TX power was measured at just over 5 watts at 150Mhz. Serial number and FLASHport code matches the radio, model is H04KDC9PW5AN and flashport code is 10000-000000-7 which decodes as: Q806/G806 IMBE / APCO-25 Digital Operation. The speaker in this model of radio isn't the greatest but works ok at a lower to medium volume. This radio will need to be programmed before use, I will not program it.
