Powers on; system turns on with no faults given on front panel. V.24 modem indication is flashing green. Connected via RSS and ran software; was able to detect and read codeplug from receiver. Sent 419.175MHz (freq set on this receiver) signal from our RF generator; adjusted squelch on receiver and was able to RX signal. 'Rx Active' LED lights up. Unit is set for UHF Range 1 operation (403-433MHz).
