This is the latest ..B version of the cable and covers all Mototrbo mobile (vehicle) radios as well as repeaters. Programs via the rear accessory port meaning you don't have to fiddle around removing the microphone everytime you want to alter a parameter.
Listing is for cable only, I cannot supply programming software for these radios.
Beware of these things with when considering what cable to buy:
If buying the earlier PMKN4010A cable, they suffer from an issue relating to a d
ifferential on computer ground and radio ground
causing excessive ground loop currents
in the cable, which may damage the radio or PC. Many of the other Trbo programming cables advertised on Ebay are not Motorola originals even though they say they are OEM, or make it look like they are by sneaking in weasel words such as "replacement". If a cable is supplied with a
driver CD
it is
definitely not Motorola,
whatever the ad says. Motorola cables are not supplied with a driver disk, their programming software recognises their own cables automatically, just plug and play.
Do you trust a cheap aftermarket cable not to brick your radio?
