This XTL1500   radio is used and has been tested and works great! The radio is used and does show some  signs of wear from use but looks great!   This radios  firmware, tuning, dsp, nautilus and flashcode have been upgraded! The radio has been retuned and aligned! The radio  comes as pictured with no accessories or cables what-so-ever. RADIO ONLY!!! No other accessories are provided.  FREE CONVENTIONAL PROGRAMMING IF NEEDED.. If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing.
Free Programming
is for conventional analog or P25 digital CONVENTIONAL programming only. You MUST provide any and all frequency information. You MUST provide this information to me either prior to or at the time of checkout via the EBAY MESSAGE CENTER. If you don't request and send any programming information at that time, the radio WILL SHIP with its current configuration and the programming will be the responsibility of the buyer. I WILL NOT program any trunking systems for anyone or any reason so please do not ask.
