The story:
We were looking for a glove to use in our grooming shop that was both flexible enough to use while clipping/combing/scissoring, etc. but offered protection from bites/scratches(mostly from cats and dogs). Most of the products available to groomers are not very flexible or heavy or difficult to do tasks stated above. We came across these gloves which are generally sold for Industrial/machine work. After months of use in our shop they are still like new and drastically have cut down our injuries when grooming. These are not bite-proof and do not PREVENT bites. We have found some cats & dogs can get claws/teeth through material but gloves help to offer better resistance from deep cuts or scracthes or from animal doing any major damage compared to other cut resistant gloves we have tried. The rubber palm is great for better grip with clippers/shears, etc. Work well with bathing also but are not water-proof-Our bather keeps a pair on at all times. For ultimate protection these are great to wear under the leather/Kevlar gloves I also sell.
