Not in perfect condition. When I received this it had ink all over it. I cleaned it off for the most part. I do not know if the cartridge is leaking. I tried unsuccessfully to get the cartridge out. Not sure how to get the carriage to move over so the ink can be removed.
It powers on and initialized. Seems to be functional but was not completely tested.
Includes scale, power cord and short USB cable.
