Project X HZRDUS LZ "Loading Zone" Shafts ...
The Project X LZ, or "Loading Zone" shafts feature a linear soft zone in the middle of the shaft which is visibly reinforced with bias wraps to maintain torsional stability.  The “loading zone” is specifically positioned by flex to maximize ball speed and spin properties. Project X engineers created a unique recipe of a very flexible mid section-the loading zone-with a robust butt and tip section to create create a radically different shaft load profile during the downswing.
The Project X LZ Hand Crafted shaft combines a unique “Loading Zone” technology for a flexible mid-section with proprietary FlexLok™ torsional bands. These two technologies work together to produce maximum shaft loading without the loss of stability. The result is maximized ball speed with total control!
Hand Crafted shafts are
meticulously built by Project X Master Craftsmen.  Resulting in very tight tolerances. The markings on the tips and tops of the shafts were hand drawn by their graphic designers, depicting the torque, weight, flex, & loading zone. The colors are consistent by weight: white for 50 gram, blue for 60 gram and green for 70 gram. Very cool!
As standard, we ship assembled with an aftermarket adapter tip, set for graphics to point down when in the standard position, trimmed to 44 3/8" finished length which, after installing the grip and club head, equates to 45.5" actual playing length. Playing length may vary slightly based on the specific model. Should you prefer a different driver length or to use for fairway woods or anything other than standard as described above, please send us a message IMMEDIATELY AFTER purchase and we will be happy to accommodate.
After adding your adapter tip, we will include an excellent quality, generic velvet style grip so that you can just pop it into your driver head and swing away. Or, we can leave it ungripped if you prefer, but do not offer any other options.
Please note:  Ideally, you will have been professionally fitted. Be sure to do your due diligence as to the specs and features & benefits and for whom the shaft is intended PRIOR to purchase.  We are unable to keep our prices so low and accept returns on shafts after they have been used or "demo'd".  Minimum 25% refund reduction charge based on returned condition.
