Reconditioned Superior-PHS BatchCount Collating System 115v

Description

Just in!  Superior-PHS BD-2 Collator System.  Includes (2) XM-1 Feeders, mounting stands, 6' Flighted Infeed Conveyor, and Victory Batch Dropper.
This solution will allow you place a chipboard stiffener down, batch count products up to 99 pieces or 2.5".  The batch counted products will "drop" down onto the chip board piece and advance off the conveyor, typically onto an infeed belt of a ploybagger or shrink wrapper.  Or, sets can be removed by hand for semi-auto applications like banding or vertical bagging.
Don't need a chip board stiffener?  Move the first feeder to the end of the conveyor, batch count your sets, and feed a top sheet onto the batch counted sets.
Applications are limitless but most popular ones are greeting cards, envelopes, sheet paper, and more.
This system will ship via LTL and will be crated.  Crating is included in the price but shipping is not.
Feeders have all new belts and rollers and have been fully tested.  The flighted infeed and dropper have been cleaned, inspected, and tested.
