As an astute collector you already know that this is NOT an original item from the 1960s,
but I'm stating to so you can be clear.
A superb, First quality reproduction on quality paper stock, highly suitable for framing!
This is the full, untrimmed version, measuring 12" x 25"
Back Story:
A scant few of the original untrimmed posters were used for promotional purposes - but most of the posters were
trimmed down to 11.5" x 23, so they would easily fit into the "Beatles vs Four Seasons" double album.
My own personal theory is that the full size posters were supposed to be promotional posters exclusively.   The album cover states that the poster that's included is only 8" x 15". So I believe that because money was very tight for Vee Jay Records and they were losing the Beatles within weeks of this album's issue, they scraped the idea of printing the smaller posters, and used what they already had.  There was no real point in promoting their Beatles product at this point, as they had already been given a date that they could no longer legally sell Beatles Records.  This would explain why the original size was too big to fit into the album in the first place.
This item has never been folded, so no ugly crease...no tack holes, it really is beautiful.
