This is a brand-new QUICK TALK VOICE NOTIFICATION RADIO TRANSMITTER that can be used to transmit the status of any device you chose using your proper sensor.
It can provide security for your remote sheds, trailers, gates, etc.
They are used in construction, factories, warehouses, farms, utilities, remote sump pumps, airports, security, law enforcement, shipping, apartments, HVAC (especially theft), sports, hotels, restaurants, schools, transportation, etc.  You may have seen some of these up on poles. It is programmed via a pluse/dtmf telephone set, operates off batteries for remote use, and can be monitored by a scanner, UHF radio, or a computer with the UHF radio application for logging and email/ text notifications.

It comes with the transmitter, antenna, mounting hardware, and instructions. It will send your own recorded message when an event occurs. You chose your transmit UHF frequency, ctcss or digital quiet call codes.  Typical range per the manufacturer is ½ miles, longer range is possible using an optional high gain antenna or radio repeater. Some understanding of radio operation is required.
