These are NOT for the 22/45 polymer-framed models.  These are fine quality grips with beautiful, rich grain patterns, highly polished to enhance the beauty of the natural wood and bring the grain out, then stippled with an attractive banner patter across the lower grip screw area.  These are outstanding grips for you Ruger Mark III ONLY - these are cut specifically for the Mark II and DO NOT include the cuts for the Mark II (see our other listings for a Mark II version of this grip and others).  See the photos for the outstanding attention to detail that is obvious on these grips.

These are for either left- or right-handed shooters, as there is no distinct thumb rest on either side's grip panel.
