This listing is for the  Tensei Blue CK Series 65 installed with the adapter tip that fits  TaylorMade adjustable fairway wood models introduced in  the past 6-7 years.  See above for full list.  We ship  factory assembled with adapter tip, set for graphics to  point down when in the standard position, trimmed to 42 3/8" finished length which, after  installing the grip and club head, generally equates to  approximately 43.5" actual playing length. Playing length may vary  slightly based on the specific model.
The Japanese word “Tensei” means “transformation” in English. While  a typical shaft series includes three-to-six materials, the TENSEI™  CK Series combines 11 different prepreg materials, including Low  Resin Content Prepreg, ultra-thin prepreg and for the first time a  Carbon Fiber/DuPont™ Kevlar® weave featuring Mitsubishi Chemical  carbon fiber, strategically placed under the hands to increase the  strength and stability in the butt section resulting in superior  feel and feedback throughout the swing – Refining MCA Golf’s  tour-proven, classic smooth bend profile, taking it to an entirely  new level.
The TENSEI™ CK Blue Series is designed for the player who desires a  Mid Launch and Mid spin shaft. The CK Blue is the most playable of  MCA's smooth profile shafts.  The CK Blue 65 was specifically  designed and manufactured for Fairway Woods.
