    The Beatles         "The Beatles Book"
    This is a booklet
from 1977.     It is a reprint of a booklet first published in 1964.     It is all about The Beatles.       It was written by Norman Parkinson with words by Maureen Cleave.    It was published by Hutchinson and Company in Malta.         This has the exact same content as the US booklet "Pictures Suitable For Framing".      The front and back cover are almost the same.      On the front cover The Beatles are smiling and laughing in the top picture and serious in the bottom picture.      On the back cover it's the other way around, with The Beatles sullen on the top picture and laughing on the bottom picture.
It begins with a Bio of each member.    Then a full page photos of each member.    Then there are some quotes from the Daily Telegraph and The UK Observer.      There is a two page photo of The Beatles in the very center.      There are many unique photos of The Beatles in the studio.       Then there is "What They Say", which are quotes from each member.
On the last page is "First Published in 1964".        "Printed in the USA".      And "Original idea by Jermey Banks.
Norman Parkinson was a famous English photographer.     Maureen Cleave was an English journalist the worked for The London Evening Standard in England.      She interviewed The Beatles.     Jeremy Banks later worked for Apple Records.

    About Me :
I started collecting records in 1966.     I started selling records in Goldmine in 1985.      I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Port Townsend, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby.       And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.     On Discogs I am 'Fragilerecords'.       My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.      I am a record collector, not a DJ, so I almost never play my records.         I only have a few posters, magazines, press kits, sheet music, and flyers.
    Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.        It will be sealed inside an inner clear plastic magazine bag.        I will package it flat, like a record.         I use hand cut composite cardboard that won't get bent.     The package will have "Do Not Bend" in red on both sides.
