Out of box radio programmed for a bunch of BOS (German authorities and organizations for security) channels. This is exactly the same channel set as used German rescue and police organizations.
Genuine Vertex-Standard radio made in Japan (now Vertex is part of Motorola Solutions)
VX-925E is similar to VX-924/VX-924E, but has special firmware and it's own programming software (included in this listing for free! Electronic delivery only!)
Also, I will share with auction winner the special key that will allow you to open manufacturer mode in programming software (it enable to change all channels/any frequencies, plus a lot of hidden fields in software, etc.).
This radio is member of VX-920 series portables, including VX-921/VX-921E, VX-924/VX-924E and VX-929/VX-929E
