Vintage 1964 Beatles Teen Talk books - Lot of Two Different Versions

You are bidding on both of these Beatles Teen Talk magazines. They are from 1964 and there were two different versions. You can see the difference in the pictures.
One came with the Ed Rudy album. You can see a picture of it in the last photo. The record is NOT included. It is just pictured to show you how it came. This magazine doesn't have a price tag and has 32 pages. There is ink on the L in Talk on this ones cover. The cover is split on the bottom about 2". Otherwise pretty good shape.
The other magazine has the .35 price tag on the cover and has more pages at 66 pages. Good shape except for the white marks on the bottom of the cover. Both magazines are complete with no cut outs.
