DETAILS & CONDITION
An early piece of vintage Beatles merchandise, this wig was marketed as "The Only Authentic Beatle Wig", manufactured by Lowell Toy MFG. Corp., Bronx 56, New York, in 1964.
This "lifelike" brunette wig includes its
original
header card in red and black, featuring die-cut photographic likenesses of the Fab Four. Because the card folds tent-style, over the years the top part of John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr's heads have become detached, although they are still included here and could be re-attached.
CONDITION
As stated above, top portions of John, George and Ringo's heads have become detached but are included. Card shows wear and creasing; vintage tape damage more visible on one side of advertising card than the other. A handwritten ".50" in pencil to one side. Wig itself in good condition. Stored flat.
