This was kept in a box in storage and has wear. This did accumulate dust, I wiped it down with a cloth but did not get everything. There are marks, scratches, paint wearing off, 2 stickers that will not easily come off, rust spots, all shown in photos please zoom in.
The sign does turn on and work. This has been sitting for a long time and when I first plugged it in, it took a minute for it to warm up and start. It intermittently pauses then continues to do the 'bouncing movement'. When I turned it off for a while and turned it back on it seemed to be running ok. Not sure if its just from sitting, or the mechanics are starting to go. I'd be happy to take a video of it working before you purchase, just send me a message.
