    Description

This listing is for a Vintage Motorola Super Consolette High VHF 136-174MHz Two Way Radio, Model L43BBB-3100B. It even comes with the key for locking the cover in place.
According to our understanding of the table at Repeater Builder, L43BBB-3100B decodes as follows:
    L - Super Consolette
4 - Likely to indicate 40W, in combination with the following 3, but we don't guarantee it.
3 - VHF High, 136-174MHz. We don't know the split, but have included pictures of the Channel Elements to help you make your own determination.
BBB -Base Station, 120V, lLikely to indicate Mocom, but it's complicated and inconsistent, so it may not. This may affect the power estimate.
    3 - PL (Tone) Squelch
    1 - Narrowband (5KHz)
00 - Too complicated, must be looked up in the book
    B - Rev. B
The above represents our best efforts, but we can't guarantee any of it, as even Motorola included inconsistencies and typos in some older documentation..

Due to its size and weight and given the fragility of the front panel, it will ship in three boxes - the main transceiver in one, the power supply in another and the case, etc in a third. This doubles the Shipping & Handling costs, but maximizes your chances of receiving it intact. If you're only interested in part of it, please message us and we'll do what we can to work with you.
This is the only one on the market - don't let it get away!
