    For sale is a vintage
    Samuel Appleton Building
    of Boston, bronze paperweight made for the Employers' Liability Assurance Corporation by Whitehead and Hoag of Newark, New Jersey NJ.
    Built in 1924, the Samuel Appleton Building is one of only a few 20th century buildings in Boston's Financial District that has full historical protection.
    It is located at 110-114 Milk Street -- known as 1 Liberty Square today.
    The
    paperweight is footed and measures 2 1/2" X 4" with beautiful embossing on both the front and back sides.
    It is quite heavy for its size weighing just over 1/2 lb. See pictures for details.
