This Size #9 Series 7 brush is new old stock.  There is some minor discoloration on the ferrule as shown in the photos, however this will in no way affect the performance.  I see this occasionally in new and unused old stock and do not know why, however they still are t
he fine brushes we know and love.  An allowance in price has been taken.
